Who thinks the Arizona Cardinals should have taken Adrian Peterson instead of Levi Brown?
I mean I am not even a Cardinals fan but they are currently ranked 24th in the NFL in rushing with 745 total rushing yards on the season. Edgerin James in my opinion was the product of a good colts system. Do you think all the teams who passed on Peterson are kicking themselves now? Can anyone imagine how many yards this kid would have if he didn't split carries with Chester Taylor?
actually, even in that position, i would have taken Levi Brown. it has been their OL that has kept them from winning games the past 5 years. without an OL, AD wouldn't be tearing it up like he is in MN. AD is a great running back, but the cardinals need to solidify their OL before anything else. they made the right move.

Over his last four games, QB Kurt Warner has put up some unbelievable numbers, he has a 120-plus passer rating in four games with 12 TD’s and no interceptions . The Niners have the league’s 27th-ranked pass defense and they’ll be up against the Cardinals fifth ranked pass game. WR Larry Fitzgerald leads their receiving core with 969 yards receiving and 10 TD’s. The Cards don’t run the ball a lot with their 26th ranked ground game and they’ll be against the Niners tough fifth ranked rush defense. RB Beanie Wells leads NFC rookies with four rushing TDs. RB Gore has been held scoreless in his last three games. The Niners have gone to more of a spread attack in recent weeks, and QB Alex Smith has been the primary beneficiary. Despite his impressive stats he has yet to lead his team to many victories. His next step will come by delivering in the clutch. The Niners should be able to move down field with their 22nd ranked pass game, led by TE Vernon Davis’ 781 yards receiving and 10 TD’s, against the Cards 30th ranked pass defense. TE Davis has a TD in his last three games. The Niners have averaged 20.3ppg and allowed 17.7ppg in their last three games. They are 4-2 SU at home where they average 20.8ppg and allow 16.3ppg.
