Does your body start to produce antibodies (which are passed through breast milk) during pregnancy or only once?
comes in milk? I do not know what the best word, but if I am exposed to a germ in pregnancy, will my breast milk (when my baby) have antibodies the germ? Or just the germs that come in contact with my milk once it has entered?
