Was it a good idea if the cars were "limited speed, so young drivers cannot exceed the speed limit?
Drivers trucks and buses are only allowed to 100km / h. They have the drivers so that young people have the same thing. This "speed limiter" mechanically equipped and can not be removed. This idea would be to stop speeding drivers with accidents, etc.
In the U.S. can prepare the car for drivers more young people to not be able to speed. Cars have computer-controlled regulators. The key has a chip and can be programmed to change the key regulator to lower speed. Then only allow the use of teenage drivers that the key and the speed of your child is also regulated. My point is that there are ways to do this without the car as a whole.
